Russia is the 15 year old daughter of Mars Jacobi.  Russia attends Muir Millitary Academy, a  military prep school run by the IPU.  With her father’s sense of adventure and athletic prowess, Russia excels in sports and munitions.  As the star of her school’s track team, she gets to see her father more often than she’d care to, as Muir and Starry Cross compete in the same athletic conference.  Russia misses her mother, is very protective of her younger siblings, and really looks up to her father, even though it was her decision to attend Muir, as a way to get out of his famous  shadow, which is a great source of pressure to her.
