Dr. Kyungae Seong

Dr. Kyungae Seong is the beautiful Principal of Starry Cross Academy.  Her father was the IPU’s ambassador to her home world, New Seoul, one of the first terra-form satellite nations to be established after the introduction of Atmospheric Conditioning technology back on E1.  Dr. Seong was the former Secretary of Education for the IPU, and settled into teaching in the private sector after her two consecutive administrations came to term limit.  Kyungae who is single, is exceptionally sweet on Mars Jacobi, but tries to keep herself in check, knowing that he is still quite a sensitive widower.  All the students at Starry Cross adore Dr. Seong, and she has been single-handly responsible for tripling the esteemed academy’s endowment in her three short years as Principal.  In addition to being fluent in Korean, and English, Dr. Seong is also fluent in seven Chinese dialects including Mandarin, Tibetan and Cantonese.
