Mars Jacobi
In 2057, Mars Jacobi, a young student from a Messianic Jewish University located on Mars began a tactical counter war resistance that undermined the capacity of its adherents to wage their battles by seizing control of the Quantum Teleports and shutting down access to E2 until a cease fire was established and the Peace Accord of 2058 was ratified.
Mars’ war resistance efforts led to the formation of the Inter Planetary Union, the United Nations of outer space. All Quantum Teleport Technology, much like the theory of nuclear non-proliferation, has been strictly proprietarily maintained by the IPU, which democratically governs all member Terra-Forms and satellites. The IPU's IPM (Interplanetary Militia) became the first inter- galactic peace keeping organization, which Mars presided over until the death of his wife from an an assassin's bullet meant for him.
Upon his wife’s death, Mars dedicated his life to raising his four young children, by stepping down as Commander in Chief of IPU’s military branch, and settling into a satellite Terra-Form in the Starry Cross Quadrant, where he teaches apologetics and coaches track and field at the prestigious Starry Cross Christian Academy.
